LIOS DE.TECT was successfully presented at 2012 NFPA Conference & Expo, widely regarded as the most comprehensive event in the industry. Convening at the Mandalay Bay Convention Centre in Las Vegas, USA, June 11-14, the event combined an unrivalled educational conference with an expo of more than 300 solution providers.
DE.TECT, the new generation of linear heat detection for fire safety in tunnels and special hazard buildings, has drawn high attention at the Las Vegas show. Many of the fire fighters and fire safety experts visiting LIOS’ booth perceived the DE.TECT system, based on fibre optic temperature sensing, as a new and exciting technology with enormous advantages compared to conventional linear fire detection systems.
